Customer Service In Informática Siglo 21, we are our customers representatives, we interact with each of the areas and units of the Organization in order to manage findings. We receive, record, scale and manage incidents, questions, complaints and claims submitted by our customers, in order to deliver timely and effective responses. We monitor and control the events recorded and we strive to train our staff to provide excellent customer service . |
